How to Change Bybit’s Position Mode to Hedge Mode?

Generally, if you have no positions in your Bybit Futures account, when you use it for the first time, the position mode setting will be automatically switched to [Hedge Mode], so that the robot can be started normally.

Of course, it cannot be ruled out that you may also encounter situations where automatic switching cannot be performed, so you need to go to Bybit to manually select [Hedge Mode].

Step 1: Open Bybit App, log in to your account, click [Trade], and then click [Futures], Finally click the icon in the upper right corner, As follow:

Step 2: Enter the futures page, Click [Trading Preferences] on the page, As follow:

Step 3: Enter the Trading Preferences page, click [Position Mode], As follow:

Step 4: Select [Hedge Mode], Check [Apply to all USDT-Perp pairs], Then Click [OK]. Setting Success. As follow:
