# How to Change the OKX Account Mode to the Single-currency Margin Mode?

If you **cannot start** the robot after importing **uTrading** into **OKX ‘s API**, you need to **check** whether there are **funds** in your account first and check the **transaction permission** when creating the API.

Next, you need to go to **O**kx to **check** whether your **account mode** is in the **single-currency margin mode** (by default, newly registered users are in the simple-currency margin mode), if it is not in the single-currency margin mode, you need to **modify** it to the single-currency margin model.

Please follow the instructions in the pictures below:

**Step 1*****:*** Open **O**kx App, log in to your account, Click **\[**<mark style="color:blue;">**Trade**</mark>**]** on homepage bottom to enter the trading page, and then Click on the icon in the upper right corner. As follow:

**Step 2*****:*** Click **\[**<mark style="color:blue;">**Settings**</mark>**]** on the page, As follow:

**Step 3*****:*** Enter the settings page, Select **\[**<mark style="color:blue;">**Account mode**</mark>**]**, As follow:

**Step 4*****:*** Tick **\[**<mark style="color:blue;">**Single-currency margin**</mark>**]**, then click **\[**<mark style="color:blue;">**Select**</mark>**]**,  As follow:
