# How to Retrieve Forgotten Password

<mark style="color:red;">Note:  Please note that withdrawal is prohibited for 24 hours after amending your login password.</mark>

**Step 1:** Click on **\[**<mark style="color:blue;">**Forgot the Password?**</mark>**],** As follows:

**Step 2:** At **\[**<mark style="color:blue;">**Forget password**</mark>**]** page. Please enter your email or mobile number, password and Verification code. and then Tap **\[**<mark style="color:blue;">**Regsiter**</mark>**].** As follows:
